New To Zion

Thank you so much for visiting our website. We encourage you to explore the site and learn more about who we are.  As you know, a website gives a snapshot of a church so feel free to contact us with any questions, prayer requests, or just to chat.

We are in an exciting time here at Zion as we are seeing God change hearts and lives in people of all generations.  We have a heart for families as we desire to partner with you in raising your kids, helping your grandkids, or whatever your life situation may be.

God's design is that we connect to fellow believers so that we can experience fellowship, growth, encouragement, and joy. That connection also gives us the opportunity to serve others, reach out in compassion to the world, and dig into God's Word.

In addition to our regular Sunday worship service and Sunday School, we offer several ways you can enhance your knowledge of the Bible and a God-centered life.
See the Ministries link that includes special ministries for Men, Women and Youth.

We are always looking for new volunteers to help guide our youth programs, ZYM and AWANA. Love to sing or play music? Come and join our adult choir or the praise band. Several times a year our choir performs special Cantata Music to celebrate Easter and Christmas. We'd love to have you join us.

We provide meals for shut-ins on the third Wednesday of each month. Our program is known as Meals of Love. We meet in the kitchen at 9:00 AM, prepare the meals: a warm meal for that day, two large meals that can be refrigerated, and a desert. The meals are then delivered to the shut-ins. This program welcomes any and all volunteers. Good food, good social company and a true sense of glorifying our God.

Each month that has 5 Sundays, on the last Sunday of that month we have a Pot Luck lunch immediately following the service. This is always a big favorite.

Although Zion is located just outside of Bryan in the community of Kurten, we hope you will feel right at home no matter from where you come. We have people who drive from College Station, Bryan, North Zulch, and from other locations up to an hour away just to be a part of what God is doing through Zion.
