Partnering with parents to make disciples of all generations.
We believe that, within the church, God has given parents the primary responsibility to disciple their children. God has given the local church the responsibility of equipping and partnering with families in discipling their children. When we say family, we understand that includes single parent homes, blended families, broken families, and various other situations. Our goal is to meet each family where they are at and help them take their next steps toward living, sharing, and showing the Gospel daily in their life and their home. Below is a brief overview of our ministries for children.
Worship Services- Our philosophy is simple. We want to provide an environment that encourages families to worship together and that provides an environment of grace as young children learn how to behave in corporate the worship service. Our ministries provide services for infants through pre-school during the worship service while expecting that, starting around age five, children will join their families during the worship service. Each week we have a children’s bulletin to help the child engage the service at his own level. Our vision is counter cultural, but it is oh so sweet when we see generation after generation engaging in worship each and every week.
Nursery- Kids learn that God's love is unconditional. Parents are freed up to grow and fellowship.
Sunday School- All ages are impacted by the study and application of the Bible. Students have take home pages for parents to use at home.
AWANA: This weekly ministry on Wednesday nights helps children to plant God's truth in their hearts while living out in their lives.
